Meet our team
Dawn is co-founder of Throughline Commons and Principal Consultant and founder of Creach Consulting Group. She brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience spanning state government, provider organizations, health plans, academic research, and quality improvement initiatives.
Trained as a sociologist, Dawn connects an understanding of policy and organizational systems with meaningful measurement and practical improvement support. She helps healthcare teams turn complex challenges into focused action—strengthening their capacity to improve care and sustain access for the communities they serve.

Emily Roberts is co-founder of Throughline Commons and founder of Opportunity Healthcare Consulting. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, she specializes in organizational strategy, financial sustainability, quality and compliance, and organizational turnaround.
Emily previously served as CEO of a rural health district overseeing a critical access hospital, rural health clinics, ambulance services, home health, and hospice, leading significant financial, operational, and community-facing initiatives. Her work centers on helping healthcare organizations navigate complex challenges, strengthen their underlying systems, and build the capacity needed for long-term sustainability.
